How we work

To create a moment that looks like magic, you need to know exactly how it works. Behind the freedom to imagine stands a discipline of planning and execution.

  1. First conversation: it all begins with listening

We would like to hear what you are planning, what matters to you and what you would like to create. It is the chance to get to know the idea and consider the first direction together.

  2. Getting to know you: understanding the people behind the event

We explore personal taste, expectations, the character of the hospitality and the details that matter to you. This lets us think of solutions that suit you, not a ready-made template.

  3. Proposal and planning: giving the vision a form

We shape a creative and planning direction, review the components of the production and present a proposal suited to the scope and needs defined. From here we begin to build a detailed plan.

  4. Preparation: the details become real

Coordination, suppliers, schedules, design, equipment and on-site readiness. We lead the preparation so that every component fits the overall plan.

  5. The evening itself: every plan meets in one moment

When the guests arrive, the work behind the scenes continues. We manage the production on site, coordinate between the teams and accompany the event so that you can be part of the experience.

  6. Afterwards: our responsibility continues when the event ends

Closing the work on site, dismantling and final coordination, according to the needs of the project. We accompany the closing of the production and do not disappear the moment the last guest leaves.

The first step is simple. Let's talk.

Tell us what you are planning, and we will begin to understand together what is right for you and how to proceed.
